Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel there. On Android, go to Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
On iOS, refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, refunds are handled by Google Play within 48 hours of purchase, or contact us at support_mathsdash@kridallc.com.
How do I reset my password?
If you signed in with Apple or Google, password recovery is handled by those services. If you have an email/password account, use the password reset page.
Is Maths Dash available on Android?
Yes — Maths Dash is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
What is the free trial?
All new subscribers receive a one-week free trial before any charges apply. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed.
What data does Maths Dash collect?
Maths Dash collects your display name, email address, and learning progress to personalise your experience. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and secure data storage. No data is sold to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Account & Data Deletion

How to delete your account

You can delete your Maths Dash account and all associated data directly from within the app — no email required.

  1. 1 Open Maths Dash and sign in
  2. 2 Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of the home screen to open Settings
  3. 3 Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account
  4. 4 Type DELETE to confirm — your account and all data are permanently removed immediately

The following data is permanently deleted immediately:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All learning progress and quiz scores
  • Coin balance and unlocked prizes
  • Display name and email address
  • Streak history and activity data

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Nothing is retained after deletion.

No access to the app? Email us at support_mathsdash@kridallc.com with your registered email address and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
