1. Overview

Maths Dash ("the App") is developed and operated by Krida LLC, an independent app studio based in Golden, Colorado, USA ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and any related web pages.

By downloading and using Maths Dash, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the App.

Summary: Maths Dash collects minimal data. We use Firebase for authentication and anonymous analytics. We do not sell your personal data. We do not store sensitive personal information on our own servers. All payments are processed by Apple.

2. Information We Collect

Authentication Data

When you sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive an authentication token from the respective provider. This token is used solely to verify your identity and maintain your session within the App. We do not receive or store your full name, email address, profile photo, or other profile information from these providers unless you explicitly choose to share it during sign-in.

Usage and Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data, including:

This data is aggregated and anonymized. It cannot be used to personally identify you and is used solely to improve the App's performance and user experience.

Subscription and Purchase Data

All in-app purchases and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Krida LLC does not collect, process, or store your payment card information, billing address, or Apple ID credentials. We receive only an anonymized confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, or cancelled) to grant or revoke access to premium features.

Device and Technical Data

Our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App, including your IP address (used for general location inference and security), device identifiers, and log data. This is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact us for support via email, we collect the information you include in that communication — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Maths Dash integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing data collected through their platforms:

Firebase (Google LLC)

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user sign-in, Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage insights, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash detection and diagnostics. Data collected through Firebase is subject to Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Apple Sign-In (Apple Inc.)

Apple Sign-In is available as an authentication option. Apple may provide us with a unique user identifier and, at your option, a private relay email address. This data is used only for authentication purposes. Apple's Privacy Policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy

Google Sign-In (Google LLC)

Google Sign-In is available as an alternative authentication option. We receive only the authentication token and a unique user identifier. We do not access, store, or use your Google profile information, email address, or contacts. Google's Privacy Policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

Apple App Store (Apple Inc.)

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Krida LLC never handles your payment details. Apple's payment and privacy policies govern all financial transactions made through the App Store.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose not listed above. We do not share data with advertising networks.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Krida LLC does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy:

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 14.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS for all network communications), authentication handled entirely by established providers (Apple and Google) rather than storing passwords ourselves, and Firebase's enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

8. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Support page. We will respond within 30 days.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you additional rights:

To submit a verifiable CCPA request, contact us using the information in Section 14. We will respond within 45 days as required by law, with a possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.

10. European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent applicable law:

Legal basis for processing: We process your data on the basis of (a) contractual necessity — to provide the App's services; (b) legitimate interests — to improve the App and prevent abuse; and (c) compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

Krida LLC acts as the Data Controller. As we are a US-based entity, transfers of data to the US by our third-party providers (Google/Firebase) are made under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as maintained by those providers.

11. Children's Privacy

Maths Dash is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 14. If we determine that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our systems.

For users in the EEA, the minimum age may be higher under local law (up to 16 years). We rely on Apple's age-gating mechanisms within the App Store to restrict access where applicable.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data security breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, Krida LLC will notify affected users without undue delay. Where required by applicable law (including GDPR Article 33), we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. User notification will be provided via email where we have your address, or via a prominent notice in the App or on our website.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice through the App or via email where required by law. Continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

14. Contact Us

For questions, concerns, or requests related to this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please contact:

We aim to respond to all privacy-related inquiries within 30 days. For CCPA requests, the response window is 45 days as required by law.
