How do I restore my Remove Ads purchase?
On iOS, go to the in-app store and tap "Restore Purchases" — your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and will restore on any device signed into the same account. On Android, reinstalling the app and signing in with the same Google account should automatically restore your purchase. If it doesn't, contact us at support_swarmdodge@kridallc.com.
I lost my progress after reinstalling. Can it be recovered?
Game progress (levels, coins, skins) is stored locally on your device and is not backed up to a server. Uninstalling the app will erase this data. Unfortunately, local data that has been deleted cannot be recovered. We recommend not uninstalling unless necessary.
What is the Deflector Shield and how do I enable it?
The Deflector Shield pushes enemies away from directly under your finger so you can see them clearly. Go to Settings (gear icon on the main menu) and toggle it on. It does not give any gameplay advantage — it only improves visibility.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
The Daily Challenge is a new level that resets every 24 hours at midnight UTC. The same challenge is available to all players worldwide at the same time. Your best score for that day is submitted to the daily leaderboard. You can replay the challenge as many times as you like before it resets.
Why aren't my scores appearing on the leaderboard?
Leaderboards are powered by Apple Game Center on iOS. Make sure you are signed into Game Center in your device Settings. If you are signed in and scores still aren't appearing, try restarting the app. If the issue persists, email us at support_swarmdodge@kridallc.com.
Is there a leaderboard on Android?
The current version of Swarm Dodge on Android does not include Game Center leaderboard integration. Global leaderboard support for Android is something we plan to explore in a future update.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email support_swarmdodge@kridallc.com with "Bug Report" in the subject line. Include your device model, OS version, app version (visible in Settings), and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly — we do not have access to payment information.
Is Swarm Dodge available on iPad or Mac?
Yes — Swarm Dodge is compatible with iPad and can run on Apple Silicon Macs via the iOS app. The game is designed and optimized for iPhone gameplay.
